If you've never chanted with us before, these videos will help you understand the basics of Vocal Yoga, the flow of a session, so you can start practicing with simple elements, on the natural scale, with the Indian notes and the mantra "Narayana" (the Absolute).

Before you start
- Sit in a quiet room, turn off your phone and make sure you are not going to be disturbed.
- Choose to sit comfortably cross-legged on a firm cushion, or in a chair, with your back straight.
- Add at least 10 minutes to the time of the session, this is a moment for you!
- Prepare a glass of water or herbal tea to refresh yourself during or after the session.
- Follow the chronological order of the sessions to benefit from the progression and integrate at your own pace.

- Enjoy the silence and the feeling of space inside, of mental availability,
- If possible, lie down for a moment and observe the coming and going of your breath,
Don't rush into action, enjoy the slow process for a change!
